A clear path from setup to results

How CloudSend works

Connect an eligible WhatsApp Business asset, prepare your audience and template, then follow campaign activity from the workspace.

1

Connect WhatsApp

Use a supported Meta onboarding flow to connect your business number. Existing WhatsApp Business App coexistence is subject to availability, support and eligibility; a dedicated number may use WhatsApp Cloud API.

2

Add or import contacts

Manage contacts in CloudSend or prepare an Excel/CSV audience. Review and validate phone numbers, map available fields, and make sure you are permitted to message the people included.

3

Choose an approved template

Select an eligible approved WhatsApp template for a campaign and provide required personalization values. Template approval and availability are controlled by Meta.

4

Create and send your campaign

Review the recipient preview, create the campaign and send now or schedule it. Campaigns are designed for multiple customers; queued work can be paused, resumed or cancelled.

5

Track results

Follow queued, sent, delivered, read, failed and cancelled recipient outcomes. Delivery and read updates rely on WhatsApp webhooks and do not guarantee that every message reaches or is read by its recipient.

An alternate workflow

Quick Message is for one customer

Need to send a direct message rather than a bulk campaign? Choose Quick Message for an individual recipient and send without creating a campaign.
